Twelve(one two12), thirty three(three three33), sixty (six to the dominant power6 before other sets of six) and so on. This is a truth.
I wouldn't say time is completely relative, merely that humans have a hard time understanding it as you noted. Check out Newton's absolute time if you haven't heard of it. That's closest to my understanding of time, as opposed to Einstein's somewhat conflicting general relativity.
